In 2020, Keen built the headquarters for Ankeny Sanitation, including both an office building and service area that is certified to maintain compressed natural gas vehicles. The 10,500-square-foot office includes a two-story open office concept with meeting rooms, driver coordination station, pasts storage, break rooms and locker rooms. The project also included five drive-through bays to serve up to 10 trucks, including overhead crane, compressed air and fluid fill stations.
