Pet Parents engaged Keen as a Design/Build partner to design and construct a new Pet Parents Headquarters. The facility includes 22,306 square feet of warehouse, 18,443 square feet office space, and 4,353 square feet of retail space.

The warehouse was constructed of architectural precast with a high bay storage along with a storage mezzanine designed for hand picking orders. The office space consists of two stories, the 1^st level is finished, and the 2^nd level is core and shell finish for future expansion. The office exterior façade consisted of large format storefront windows, EIFS, Nichiha, and ACM eyebrow canopies. The office interior was designed with a walkout patio and fenced in dog park. The retail component of the build was originally designed to be a core and shell space, but grew via Keen and owner collaboration, coordinating between a 3D concept and construction drawings.
