Prime & Providence is a premier steakhouse in the 595 Tower in West Des Moines. This upscale restaurant features a visible front kitchen, a full-service bar, an oyster bar, and an exclusive private dining room. The interiors are highlighted by meticulous finishes, including four distinct red oak wood treatments, six types of mosaic and ceramic tiles, sliding glass barn doors, and wood slats on walls and ceilings. A wine cellar with custom display areas and lockers enhances the dining atmosphere. The state-of-the-art kitchen is outfitted with top-tier equipment, including a custom-built hearth oven that offers guests an open-fire view as they dine.

Keen utilized lean construction methodologies throughout the project, relying heavily on Weekly Work Plan (WWP) boards to manage the schedule. Despite challenges in material procurement, particularly for millwork, MEP components, and doors, Keen’s close coordination with subcontractors ensured timely completion. The finished product highlights the exceptional skill and precision of all trades involved.
