Keen provided general contracting services. The project included sitework, utilities, and paving for a new Starbucks located in West Des Moines, Iowa. The new facility is a 2,100 square foot, wood frame coffee shop at the corner of Jordan Creek and Westown Parkway. The coffee shop includes foundations, structure, enclosure interior finishes, mechanicals, and electrical for a vanilla box deliverable to the tenant.
